The Department of Labor has issued its guidance to the FAMILIES FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT (FFCRA) through Fact Sheets and a detailed Question & Answer Document.  According to our review, there are additional points of clarification that will be needed due to inconsistencies between the documents. Nonetheless, we wanted to provide the DOL’s information as quickly as possible.   We intend to provide further updates and analysis in the coming days.
