Brennan, an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Anthony Odorisi, an associate in The Renzulli Law Firm, recently secured an important victory in the field of judicial privilege and defamation.  The Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed the right of a witness to contact police to report a possible mental health disturbance in Forbes v.
