Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Andrea Abudayeh has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in its Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge) office.

As a member of the firm’s New York Workers’ Compensation Team.  Ms. Abudayeh brings a significant amount of experience defending employers and carriers throughout the entire State of New York.

Ms. Abudayeh started her career representing injured workers for a well-regarded firm in New York City.  After honing her skills, she refocused her practice on representing employers and insurance carriers.  During these years, Ms. Abudayeh participated in every aspect of the claims/litigation process including pre-litigation analysis and claim handling recommendations through litigation and settlement.  While highly skilled in all aspects of the practice, Ms. Abudayeh excels in litigating complex claims including depositions and trial testimony. 

Ms. Abudayeh received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 2009 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2014.
