Vice Admiral Keith Lippert presented Bill Pentecost with a citation from the Lieutenant Governor upon the completion of his term as a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Military Community Enhancement Commission (PMCEC), which supports the Governor in strengthening the military’s presence and value within the Commonwealth.  Its mission is to advocate for all military installations, organizations, and defense-related stakeholders in Pennsylvania.   The PMCEC is dedicated to promoting and enhancing Pennsylvania’s military community, ensuring the Commonwealth remains an excellent host for military organizations, service members, civilian personnel, and their families.   Bill was first appointed to the Commission by Governor Tom Corbett in 2013 and was reappointed by Governors Tom Wolf and Josh Shapiro.
