Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that two senior attorneys have joined the firm effective February 1, 2024, as Andy Moore moves his practice to C&W.

Andrew Moore, Esq. offers 35 years of trial experience focusing on civil defense, commercial trucking, professional liability and insurance fraud litigation.  In addition, he counsels businesses in obtaining the appropriate levels of insurance coverage to protect their businesses.  Mr. Moore frequently lectures and presents seminars to insurance companies, claims organizations and law enforcement on a variety of topics including litigating insurance fraud, auto cases, trial techniques and cross-examining expert witnesses.

Tamara Chasan, Esq. has been litigating in the insurance defense field for almost thirty years. She has experience representing trucking companies, self-insured businesses, shopping center owners and management, residential property managers, trash removal and recycling companies, corporations, individuals, and insurance companies.  Ms. Chasan has focused her practice on the defense of vehicle, construction, premises, and professional liability claims
