A 2002 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a B.A. in Public Policy, Scott attended Widener University School of Law and earned his J.D. in 2008. Attorney McPartland is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the middle and eastern U.S. District Courts of Pennsylvania. Scott handles divorce, custody, and general litigation matters and is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association.
