Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Kelly E. Crowe, Esq. is now admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Jinhan Mei, Esq. is now admitted to practice in Virginia. With their recent bar admissions, both Ms. Crowe and Mr. Mei can now handle family law matters in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Crowe and Mr. Mei are associates in the firm’s Washington metropolitan area (DMV) offices. As members of the Family Law practice group, they assist clients with all aspects of family law matters, from case inception through litigation, enforcement of court orders, and negotiation and drafting of agreements in a wide variety of domestic relations matters.
Ms. Crowe received her B.A., cum laude, from Millersville University in 2010 and her J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2020. Mr. Mei received his B.A. from Wuhan University in 2020 and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2024. He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
