C&W’s Diversity Committee, Board of Directors, Regional Managing Partners and Practice Group leaders recently completed a two-day video conference program entitled; Taking Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to the Next level, presented by Kathleen Nalty, Esq. The program was coordinated by Mary Ellen Conroy, director of C&W’s Diversity Committee, a Committee comprised of representatives from all offices and staff/legal positions within C&W.

This Program has been recorded and will be rolled-out throughout 2021 to the entire firm, all new hires and will be available to clients upon request. Further, with the support of the Committee and HR, each Regional Office will be responsible for implementation of the principles learned and for expanding DEI awareness and expanding other programs the firm has undertaken to advance DEI initiatives such as mentoring, community outreach, as well as pro bono and volunteer work.
