CIPRIANI & WERNER, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jenna R. DiFrancesco has joined the firm as a partner in its Pittsburgh office.  She primarily focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional matters and regularly advises a diverse array of individuals and business clients on a variety of real estate issues.

In addition to her real estate and business law experience, Ms. DiFrancesco gained extensive title experience in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio as the former title department manager at a large energy company and was a key player in supporting the company’s expanding operations in those states.  She was recognized in Who’s Who in Energy by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Ms. DiFrancesco is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, as well as the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. 

Ms. DiFrancesco received her B.A. in Government and Political Affairs from Millersville University in 2007.  She received her J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2010.
