Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Nicholas M. Benedetti, Esq. and Nicolas B. Pedone, Esq. recently joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office.

Mr. Benedetti has over 30 years of experience handling personal injury cases, both in the private sector and as a staff attorney for several insurance companies.  He focuses his practice on motor vehicle liability including bodily injury and property damage, Uninsured and Underinsured insurance litigation (UM/UIM), commercial vehicle and commercial trucking litigation and premises liability matters.  Mr. Benedetti is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He received his B.A. from LaSalle University in 1982 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (Wilmington) in 1986.

For nearly a decade, Mr. Pedone has focused his practice exclusively on representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in New Jersey workers’ compensation matters.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the New Jersey, American, Pennsylvania and Camden County Bar Associations.  Mr. Pedone graduated magna cum laude from Albright College in 2005.  He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in 2010.
