David Scotti to Lead National Construction Seminar

Pittsburgh Partner David A. Scotti will be moderating a new CLE Program titled 'Owners Gone Wild:  Onerous Construction Contract Provisions and Suggested Approaches to Handling Them' which will be offered nationally by The American Bar Association on Wednesday June 13 2012. 

Mr. Scotti has focused his legal career in construction law, complex commercial litigation and real estate with an emphasis on construction litigation, construction contracts and project counseling. He has represented owners, developers, architects, engineers, EPC contractors, general contractors and subcontractors on a wide variety of construction projects including power plants, steel plants, dams, bridges, roads, aerial tramways, hospitals, prisons, sports stadiums, schools, churches, office buildings, public housing, mixed-use developments and housing developments. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating design and construction contract and in providing project counseling regarding dispute avoidance.
