Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jill H. Fertel and Amanda A. Ruggieri have joined the firm in its Philadelphia office.

With almost 15 years of litigation experience, Ms. Fertel is a partner in the firm’s Life Sciences practice group.  She previously worked for a litigation firm where she handled defense litigation including complex products liability, employment and premises cases.  Additionally, she was an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia DA’s office for a number of years, handling a large volume of serious criminal matters.  Ms. Fertel received her B.A. from Syracuse University in 2004 and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2007.

Ms. Ruggieri is an associate in the firm’s Life Sciences practice group. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, she worked for a general practice firm in Newtown Square where she handled personal injury litigation, estate planning and family law matters.  Following graduation from law school, she practiced in Florida where she represented clients in insurance defense matters. Ms. Ruggieri received her B.A., cum laude, from Fordham University in 2010 and her J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law in 2014.  She also received her M.M. from University of Miami Frost School of Music in 2014.
