Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Charles R. Isaacs has been elevated to Of Counsel status and Michael J. Dischley has joined the firm in its Long Island, New York office.

Mr. Isaacs joined the firm in 2021 as an associate.  He is an experienced trial attorney and focuses his practice on general litigation defense including premises liability, insurance coverage, motor vehicle liability, construction defect, landlord-tenant, municipal law, and commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Isaacs received his B.A from Franklin & Marshall College in 2008 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2013.

Mr. Dischley is Of Counsel and concentrates his practice in general liability defense including New York Labor Law (construction accidents), product liability, premises liability, motor carrier litigation and maritime personal injury litigation.  He was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2022 for Personal Injury Litigation Defense.  Mr. Dischley received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2011 and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2015.
