Courtesy of the American Tort Reform Association, the list of the worst "Judicial Hellholes" for 2011-2012 has been published. Cipriani & Werner successfully practices in two of the jurisdictions at the top of the list.

According to the publication, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania claims top ranking as the worst Judicial Hellhole in the United States. West Virginia is listed as the third.
