In memory of our friend, colleague and partner:

Charles McElwee of our Harrisburg office passed away on August 31, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  We are deeply saddened and still processing the sudden loss of Charlie.  He was beloved by all in our firm.  Charlie concentrated his practice in Workers’ Compensation matters.  He was highly regarded by those in the firm, the Harrisburg office specifically, and the entire Workers’ Compensation community.  We will miss discussing with Charlie his many interests, which are too many to list, but included politics, sports, history and literature.  It was not well-known that Charlie was a bibliophile, collecting books on World War I and Russian history.  He will be greatly missed by all of us here at C&W.
