IN MEMORY OF OUR COLLEAGUE AND FRIEND

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of our dear colleague and friend, James (Jay) Breslin, who passed away peacefully on August 20th at his home in Columbus, New Jersey.

Jay was an exceptional attorney and a valued member of our firm's Mount Laurel, New Jersey office, serving as Of Counsel.  With over 30 years of experience, he was an accomplished attorney in the area of general liability litigation.  His expertise spanned a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle, trucking, and rideshare claims, as well as medical malpractice.  After earning his B.A. in English from Villanova University and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Jay began his legal career as a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey.  He was admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and was known for his dedication to his clients, having represented both claimants and defendants throughout his career.  Jay will be deeply missed by the entire C&W family.  We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, family and friends during this difficult time.
