A victory for the Construction Group! Attorney Watson and Katherine Pettit recently won a hard fought defense arbitration award on a $500,000 claim against a geotechnical engineering firm. The client was accused of failing to locate and quantify subsurface rock as part of its design for the construction of a light industrial facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  After 5 days of testimony and over 100 exhibits with testimony from three experts, the arbitrator determined that our client met its contractual and professional standards of care.
