Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Robert F. Ball has joined the firm as a Partner in its Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office.  With over 35 years of experience, he concentrates his practice in the defense of complex general liability matters including premises liability, alcohol/dram shop liability, product liability, construction defect litigation and environmental/asbestos litigation.

Mr. Ball is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney who has tried over 100 cases.  He has litigated published decisions at the Appellate Division and has argued in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Mr. Ball received his B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College in 1982 and his J.D from Widener University School of Law in 1985.
