Beth R. Wallach is Of Counsel in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) office.  She focuses her practice on general liability matters.

Ms. Wallach has extensive personal injury litigation experience and has successfully represented clients in premises liability actions, auto accidents and Dram Shop/liquor liability cases.

She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Wallach received her B.A., with honors, from Rutgers University in 1992 and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.  She obtained her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, NJ in 1999.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Wallach was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Feldman, J.S.C. of the Monmouth County Courthouse in Freehold, New Jersey before entering private practice.
