Brandie M. Tartza is an associate in the firm’s Woodbridge, NJ office.  She concentrates her practice in general and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Tartza handled elder law and estate planning matters for a New Jersey law firm.

She received her B.S., cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017 and her J.D. and Certificate in Sports Law from Marquette University Law School in 2020.

During law school, Ms. Tartza worked with the Wisconsin National Guard Judge Advocate General, Milwaukee County Children’s Court with the Honorable Mark A. Sanders, Disability Rights Wisconsin, and the Middlesex County Office of the Public Defender.  She was inducted into the Pro Bono Honor Society for volunteer work with the Veteran’s Service Office, Eviction Defense Project, and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Tartza served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Rea, J.S.C. in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions of Middlesex County, and in the Special Civil Division, Landlord Tenant Part with the Honorable J. Randall Corman, J.S.C.
