Clients in the healthcare sector, infrastructure and other industries have become increasingly concerned about cyber security and privacy issues, breach preparedness and response.  Ms. Hall advises clients through all aspects of data security preparedness, incident response, and regulatory investigation.  Additionally, she leads response investigations working with companies, forensic experts, IT departments, and vendors to provide advice on notification, guidance in governmental investigations, mitigation and restoration services.  She also provides counsel to clients in assessing applicable regulatory compliance requirements at both the state and federal levels.

As a former Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Hall gained experience in all phases of the criminal justice system, prosecuting countless bench and jury trials through sentencing.  During this time, she handled a voluminous case load, an attribute that has served her well in her transition to private practice.

Ms. Hall is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

She received her B.S. from Northeastern University in 2009 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2012.
