Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Dianna M. Hall and Paul Carrion have joined the firm as associates in its Philadelphia office.

Ms. Hall concentrates her practice in Cybersecurity, Information Privacy, and Data Security matters and advises clients through all aspects of data security preparedness, incident response, and regulatory investigation.  Additionally, she leads response investigations working with companies, forensic experts, IT departments, and vendors to provide advice on notification, guidance in governmental investigations, mitigation and restoration services.  Ms. Hall received her B.S. from Northeastern University in 2009 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2012.

Mr. Carrion concentrates his practice in Life Sciences and also represents clients in civil defense matters including motor carrier and Rideshare/Transportation Network Company (TNC) coverage and defense.  Prior to receiving his B.A., cum laude, from Drexel University in 2016, Mr. Carrion served as an Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Army for four years in South Korea, Germany, and Afghanistan.  As a Rising Advocate (full-tuition) Scholarship recipient, he received his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2020 where he served as President of the Law and Philosophy Society
