Grace Gallagher is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She concentrates her practice in general liability, particularly motor vehicle and premises claims.  Ms. Gallagher assists in the defense of her clients by performing in-depth assessments of the surrounding circumstances leading to the occurrence, reviewing extensive client records, and managing all aspects of the discovery process to best posture the strength of the case.  Ms. Gallagher also attends hearings and argument to advance her clients’ defense.  Her previous work at a plaintiff’s firm offers unique insight to develop the most effective strategies towards a favorable outcome.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Gallagher worked as an associate at a Philadelphia litigation firm, where she managed discovery, communicated with insurance adjustors, and distributed settlement funds to clients.  During law school, she volunteered at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services assisting petitioners seeking Protection from Abuse.  She also previously interned at the Office of the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia, and was employed by a pharmaceutical company working on documentation in support of clinical trials.

Ms. Gallagher earned her B.A. from Temple University and her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Gallagher is Philadelphia born and raised, but her mother is English and was raised in London.  As a result, Ms. Gallagher has always enjoyed learning about other cultures and their histories, and then traveling to experience them whenever possible.
