Joseph D. Perrotta is Of Counsel in the firm’s Atlanta office.  He focuses his practice on complex litigation including general liability, premises liability and high exposure catastrophic injury matters.

Mr. Perrotta brings with him significant trial experience, including trials in over sixty counties in the state of Georgia, including federal, state, and superior courts. He has a proven track record of developing effective defense strategies and presenting strong arguments that positively influence case outcomes.   He is also a certified mediator with strong conflict resolution skills. Mr. Perrotta served as an instructor in the Trial Techniques Program at Emory University School of Law for ten years.

Mr. Perrotta received his B.A. from Williams College in 1982 and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1985.
