Devine, Jr. has extensive experience in representing the interests of insurance carriers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation litigation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  For nearly twenty years, he has tried hundreds of cases to verdict in the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation system.  He has represented clients at all stages of the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation system from the Workers’ Compensation Judge level all the way to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mr. Devine has successfully been involved in the prosecution of individuals fraudulently receiving workers’ compensation benefits.  He has given numerous lectures, seminars, and presentations on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law to clients, attorneys and employer organizations and associations.
