Andrew H. Foulkrod and Eric Lauerman, attorneys in the firm's Harrisburg office, were recently successful in obtaining a defense jury verdict for a local gastroenterologist. The allegations included failure to diagnose choledochal cyst, lack of indication for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and improper performance of ERCP, including causing and failure to recognize ductal perforation. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the gastroenterologist following four days of trial.
