Eric Lauerman

Eric Lauerman is a partner in the firm's Harrisburg office.  He concentrates his practice in medical malpractice, long-term care and professional liability and licensure defense matters.

Mr. Lauerman has assisted in the defense of all types of physicians, mid-level providers and nurses, as well as hospitals, surgery centers, nursing homes, laboratories and outpatient clinics.  He has obtained multiple dismissals for clients on procedural or legal grounds throughout the mid-state region of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, he was involved in a variety of civil and criminal litigation projects in North Dakota.

Mr. Lauerman is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He received his B.A. from the University of Denver in 2008 and his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2013.  During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Lewis in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
