Kathleen is an associate in the cyber practice in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Monaghan comes to the practice of cybersecurity law with a unique background: she was a fidelity and cyber claims adjustor for a leading cyber insurance company.

Ms. Monaghan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Kathleen earned her B.A. in political science from Widener University and her J.D. from the University of Massachusetts Law School. After graduating from law school, she was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Coleman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
