Ernest F. Koschineg, a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, recently participated in the NetDiligence Cyber Risk and Privacy Forum in Philadelphia.  Serving as moderator and speaker on the panel State of Litigation, Mr. Koschineg discussed the status of class action certification of cyber liability litigation.
