Philadelphia Partner Ernest Koschineg recently presented to the national group of life science underwriters at the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He addressed the status of preemption in the courts and how it relates to those in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Mr. Koschineg also spoke about the recent regulatory proposals and developments within the FDA that would affect the generic drug industry.
