Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Victor J. Santoro and Allison C. Stouch have been named partners in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Santoro focuses his practice solely on the representation of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.  He graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  In 2000, he received his Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Stouch concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.  She has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star annually since 2018 for Workers' Compensation.   Ms. Stouch received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Ursinus College in 2008 and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law (Orange, California) in 2011.
