Andrew H. Foulkrod is a partner in the firm's Harrisburg office.  With over 20 years of experience, he focuses his practice on professional liability defense (medical, dental and nursing) including all specialties of medicine and types of practitioners.  He has tried dozens of such cases to defense verdict.  As a result of providing successful outcomes for his clients, Mr. Foulkrod has become exclusive counsel to a number of facilities and large practice groups in the central Pennsylvania region.  He also defends medical and dental licensing matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner in 2015, he was a co-founding partner of Foulkrod Ellis, P.C.

Mr. Foulkrod is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995.

He is married with three daughters.
