Carly J. Battipaglia is an associate in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  She concentrates her practice in general liability defense including premises liability, New York Labor Law (construction accidents) and motor carrier litigation.  In addition, Ms. Battipaglia assists in trial preparation at all stages.

Ms. Battipaglia joined C&W in September 2025 as a law clerk before becoming a licensed attorney in New York in January 2026.

Ms. Battipaglia received her B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Miami in 2021.  Thereafter, Ms. Battipaglia earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in 2025, where she was a member of the Pepperdine Interschool Moot Court team.  She also served as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.

When she’s not practicing law, Ms. Battipaglia enjoys reformer Pilates, reading, and long walks.
