James (Jay) Breslin is Of Counsel in the firm’s Mount Laurel office.  He currently concentrates his practice in general liability claims, automobile, trucking and rideshare cases.

Mr. Breslin has more than 30 years of experience handling personal injury cases.  After graduation from law school, he began his career as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey.  Mr. Breslin has represented both claimants and defendants in a variety of cases ranging from first party matters involving PIP and UM/UIM, along with third party cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and medical malpractice.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

He earned his B.A. in English with minors in Political Science and Economics from Villanova University in 1990 and continued his education by earning his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1993.  He lives with his wife in Columbus, New Jersey.
