Jason M. Goodwin is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  He concentrates his practice in general liability and cybersecurity matters.  Mr. Goodwin assists clients regarding cyber incidents in coordinating with forensics experts, advising as to the applicable state and federal laws and providing clients with recommended language for customer communications.  He also provides counsel to clients in assessing applicable regulatory compliance requirements at both the state and federal levels.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Goodwin was a paralegal for a sole practitioner in New York.

Mr. Goodwin received his B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2014 and his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2019.  While in law school, he served as a Summer Intern for the NYS Division of Human Rights in 2017 and as an Intern for the Cyber Group at Chubb in 2018.  As a third year, Mr. Goodwin participated in Notre Dame’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, assisting clients in obtaining Trademarks, as well as researching the patentability of client inventions.
