Jeffrey M. Olszewski is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office.  His practice is composed of litigation on behalf of insurance carriers and their insureds.  Mr. Olszewski also regularly represents contractors during all stages of the construction litigation process, including contract evaluation, mediation/arbitration and trial.  He also handles workers’ compensation cases on behalf of employers and their insurance carriers.

Before joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Olszewski was an attorney at Tighe, Evan, Schenck & Paras in Pittsburgh where he gained considerable litigation experience in insurance defense, workers’ compensation, toxic tort and construction matters.

Mr. Olszewski is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Mr. Olszewski received his B.A. in Pre-Law from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987.

Mr. Olszewski resides in Bethel Park with his wife and two daughters.
