Joseph N. Persichetti is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  He concentrates his practice in general liability including premises liability, motor vehicle and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Persichetti gained valuable experience representing clients in a variety of general liability claims at several Philadelphia area law firms

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Persichetti received his B.A. from La Salle University in 2017 and his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2020.  Immediately following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Shanese I. Johnson of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
