Kelly F. Mulholland is an associate in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  She concentrates her practice in general liability including construction accident cases filed under Labor Law 240; premises liability; product liability; and maritime law matters.  In addition, Ms. Mulholland works closely with partners Jessica Isaacs, Catherine Everett and Kenneth Danielsen focusing on the defense of high exposure cases on behalf of excess carriers.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Mulholland represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice and products liability litigation at a New York City law firm.

She received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2012 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2017.  Ms. Mulholland served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Charles E. Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court in the summer of 2016.
