Molly C. Thompson is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She concentrates her practice in general litigation including premises liability, motor vehicle and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Thompson gained experience at an eastern Pennsylvania law firm handling premises liability, construction defect, and commercial litigation cases. 

Ms. Thompson received her B.S. from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2018.  She received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Select Merit Scholarship and the Managing Editor of Citations and Sources for Widener Law Review.  While in law school, she served as an intern for the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr. in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
