Nicole M. Scillia is a Partner in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, New Jersey) office.  She concentrates her practice on a wide range of negligence matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle claims involving personal, commercial, and rideshare vehicles.

Ms. Scillia brings extensive civil litigation experience to her practice.  Prior to joining C&W, she handled a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters at a well-respected insurance defense firm, including general negligence, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and automobile negligence.  Ms. Scillia also practiced as an associate at an established defense firm focusing on the representation of physicians, nurses, and healthcare facilities. In addition, Ms. Scillia has considerable experience in commercial transportation matters. 

Ms. Scillia is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ms. Scillia received her B.A. from Boston College in 2004 and her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008.  After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Gardner, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County before entering private practice.

In her spare time, Ms. Scillia enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
