Thalia K. McBride is an associate in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  She concentrates her practice in general liability defense including premises liability, New York Labor Law (construction accidents), motor carrier litigation, and personal injury litigation.

Ms. McBride engages in various aspects of general liability defense, including expert retention and consultation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation and drafting, and trial preparation.  She has represented insureds, property owners, contractors, and insurance companies in matters before the courts of the State of New York.

Ms. McBride received her B.S. in Business Management in 2016 and her Master of Business Administration, concentrating in finance, in 2018, both from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  She then earned her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2024, where she served as Public Relations Chair for the Fashion Law Society and Marketing Chair for the Intellectual Property Law Society.
