Thomas D. Shivers is an associate in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) office.  He concentrates his practice in general liability matters including premises and transportation law defense matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Shivers was an associate in a New Jersey liability law firm headquartered in New Brunswick where he focused his practice on the defense of premises and automobile liability claims.

Mr. Shivers is admitted to the New Jersey bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He received his B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida – Orlando in 2018 and his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York in 2021.  While in law school, Mr. Shivers was the Internal Coordinator and Editor of the Dispute Resolution Society and a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
