Victoria L. Foulkrod is an associate in the firm’s Harrisburg office.  She concentrates her practice in medical malpractice, long-term care and professional liability and licensure defense matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, she practiced family law and was listed as a York County Bar Association Rising Star in 2021.  Ms. Foulkrod is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has contributed articles to its Pennsylvania Family Lawyer newsletter.

She received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2017 and her J.D. from Widener Law Commonwealth in 2020.
