Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Victoria L. Foulkrod has joined the firm as an associate in its Harrisburg office.  She concentrates her practice in medical malpractice, long-term care and professional liability and licensure defense matters.

Ms. Foulkrod is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association, where she was named a Rising Star in 2021.

She received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2017 and her J.D. from Widener Law Commonwealth in 2020.
