Benjamin A. Leonard is the Managing Partner of our Atlanta office. With 20 years of litigation experience, he focuses his practice primarily on defending employers and insurers under the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Act (Title 34). Mr. Leonard is also one of a handful of Georgia practitioners who has been trained and certified in Medicare Set Aside allocation and implementation. He is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards. He received his J.D. from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2000.
Alan H. Meincke is a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Family Law practice group. He dedicates his practice to helping clients in all types of domestic relations issues such as divorce, dissolution of domestic partnerships, child custody, legitimation, adoption, post-divorce contempt and modification actions. Mr. Meincke also handles a variety of general litigation matters including defense of motor vehicle and premises liability tort claims and estate litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011.
Matthew Pittman is an Associate and concentrates his practice in the defense of employers, insurers and third party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. Before entering private practice in 2015, Mr. Pittman was an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Georgia Attorney General in its Litigation Division and Workers’ Compensation Section where he represented all of the State’s agencies in workers’ compensation claims. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University in 2013 where he was a member of its Law Review.
Timothy (TJ) A. Raimey, Jr. is an Associate and member of the firm’s Family Law practice group. He provides representation in all domestic relations issues including divorce, child custody, mediation, spousal support and post-divorce matters. Mr. Raimey also defends clients in premises liability, products liability, negligence and motor vehicle/motor carrier claims. He received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2014.
