Cipriani & Werner PC is pleased to announce that attorney Ernest F. Koschineg has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Koschineg focuses his practice primarily on the defense of medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. Further, he represents clients in other areas of litigation, including products liability, construction, environmental, commercial, and insurance coverage matters.

A 1995 graduate of Muhlenberg College, Mr. Koschineg went on to earn his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Most recently, he was awarded a Masters of Law Degree in Trial Advocacy from the Beasley School of Law of Temple University.

Mr. Koschineg is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Professional Liability Underwriters Society.During his career, Mr. Koschineg has lectured on various topics, including construction defect and mass tort issues for national CLE companies and for clients. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties and the National Association of Home Builders. He also is a member of the Drug and Medical Device Litigation Section of the Defense Research Institute.A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Mr. Koschineg resides with his wife and family in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
