Cipriani & Werner is pleased to announce that Richard C. Bryan, Esquire has joined the general liability and employment law practice groups of C&W in its New Jersey office.  Rich brings a wealth of talent and experience to our team, and will be handling matters in state and federal court throughout New Jersey.  Rich graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1997.  Since 1997, Rich has been handling employment litigation, first and third party insurance defense and coverage litigation, product and premises liability and construction accident litigation.  He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Bryan was named a “Rising Star’s Super Lawyer” in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 for personal injury defense.  He is an active member of the New Jersey Defense Association and currently serves as Director.
