We are excited to introduce David E. Heisler as the newest member of our well established trial lawyer team. A senior litigator, Mr. Heisler comes to our firm with over three decades of experience defending clients in the Lackawanna County area, most recently at Lenahan & Dempsey PC.

Born and raised in the Scranton area, Attorney Heisler graduated summa cum laude from the University of Scranton with an A.B. degree and then went on to attend Georgetown University Law School where he earned his J.D. in 1977. There he served as the Editor of the American Criminal Law Review.

Mr. Heisler is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts as well as the U.S. District Court Middle District of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Further, Mr. Heisler was named a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1994. He is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Concurrently, we regret to announce the departure of litigators Anthony Trozzolillo and E. Patrick Heffron from our Scranton Office. We wish them happiness and success wherever they decide to practice.
