Carley E. Scopelliti is an associate in the firm’s Scranton office.  She concentrates her practice in defending clients in an array of personal injury and insurance defense matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Scopelliti worked in New York and New Jersey where she handled an assortment of personal injury cases, including auto accidents and premises liability matters.

Ms. Scopelliti is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Scopelliti received her B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2019 and her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2023.  While in law school, she was a member of Hofstra Law Review and served as a judicial intern for the Nassau County Supreme Court.
