Concentrating his law practice in the area of drug and medical device litigation, Mr. Volk represents a variety of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the country. Additionally, his practice includes product liability, premises liability and construction-related litigation.

Mr. Volk is a member of the Defense Research Institute (Drug and Medical Device Section) and the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Volk received his B.S. from Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University in 2003 and his J.D. from Syracuse University School of Law in 2008.
